So, everyone always says that you need to make goals in order to attain an objective, so here’s my goals.

All goals are to be completed within 3 months, with a deadline of my birthday, February 25th.

Yesterday I stated on Facebook that my goals were to:
Achieve 1 Double Under (skip rope)
Achieve 1 chest-to-bar pullup, unassisted.

Well, I did a double under yesterday, several actually, but couldn’t link them together so that’s part of the updated goal:

Achieve 10 consecutive double unders
Achieve 1 chest-to-bar pullup, unassisted
20 consecutive “perfect form” pushups
10 consecutive 24″ box jumps
Weigh in at under 285lbs (approximately a 25lb drop)
