Sunday Cardio

There’s no Cross Fit classes on Sunday’s, coaches need days off too, so I had to get something done. 

Went to Genesis Place in town here and hammered out some cardio.

Warmup for 3 minutes and then did 3.0km at 9km/h which works out to 20 minutes, on the dot.  Pretty happy with that as I haven’t run on a treadmill in months and my best “non-treadmill” time is just over 21 minutes.  I felt it wasn’t time to leave yet so I thought what the hell, let’s row another 2000m and see if I can get close to my 8:12 time from Thursday.  I did actually, 8:35…23 seconds off the pace after a 3km run, I’m content with that. 

Time for coffee with some friends, so I’ll be back on tomorrow!
